MEIKI.TECH provides digital game content, including but not limited to text adventure games and related expansion content. Our services include:

  • Free game chapter experiences
  • Paid game chapter unlocking
  • DLC expansion pack purchases
  • Game progress saving

Account Registration

Our games do not require account registration. Your game progress is stored locally on your device. Please note that we cannot recover data lost due to device loss or failure. We recommend regularly exporting your save data.

Purchases and Payment

All purchases are processed through Stripe payment platform:

  • Prices are displayed in Euros (€)
  • Content will be unlocked automatically after purchase
  • All sales are final unless eligible for a refund
  • We are not responsible for price differences or currency exchange issues

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our games and content (including but not limited to stories, text, graphics, logos) belong to MEIKI.TECH. Reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works without explicit authorization is prohibited.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Not attempt to hack or reverse engineer our software
  • Not share your purchased content with others
  • Not use our services for any illegal activities
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

Service Availability

We strive to keep services available 24/7, but are not responsible for:

  • Unplanned service interruptions
  • Service interruptions due to force majeure
  • User device or network issues

Our services are provided "as is". We make no express or implied warranties for:

  • Continuous availability of services
  • Error-free or virus-free operation
  • Fitness for a particular purpose

Limitation of Liability
