MEIKI.TECH is committed to providing quality products and services to our customers. Due to the nature of digital products, we are cautious about refunds, but we are happy to help if you encounter issues.
Our Refund Policy
Eligible for Refund:
- Technical Issues: If game content has serious technical problems that cannot be resolved, preventing you from using the purchased content
- Accidental Purchase: If you apply within 7 days of purchase and have not yet used the purchased content
- Content Not Received: If you have not received the unlock notification more than 24 hours after purchase
- Accidental Duplicate Purchase: Duplicate charges due to technical issues
Not Eligible for Refund:
- Refund requests made more than 7 days after purchase
- Content already used or experienced (such as played game chapters)
- Refunds requested due to change of personal preference
- Purchases made due to user's own operational errors
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us:
- Send an email to contact@meiki.tech
- Provide your purchase receipt in the email (order number, purchase date, payment amount)
- Briefly explain the reason for the refund request
- We will review your application and respond within 3 business days
Refund Processing
If your refund application is approved, the refund will be processed through your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunds are usually processed within 5-10 business days
- Other Payment Methods: Time depends on the payment provider
Stripe Refunds
All refunds are processed through the Stripe payment platform. Stripe's refund policy may apply. Please refer to Stripe Refund Policy.
Special Circumstances
If you encounter special circumstances (such as fraud, unauthorized purchase, etc.), please contact us immediately and we will prioritize these issues.
